It is an association founded in 1991 by the Belgian harpsichordist Betty Bruylants. Its purpose is to foster people's knowledge and love of the harpsichord, an instrument which was extremely important in the history of western music for over three centuries. |

The Belgian Lute Academy is an association formed to promote contacts between people interested in lute activities taking place in Belgium. As a member you will receive 4 yearly magazines 'Geluit - Luthinerie', full of tips, articles and tablatures; receive free advise on instruments and assistance by E-mail; participate at the yearly 'Day of the Lute'. |
