He usually plays all over the world with some of the most important early music ensembles, such as Hespèrion XXI, Il Suonar Parlante, Mala Punica, Orphenica Lyra, and Mudejar. He has taught at the IX & X Muestras de música antigua del Castillo de Aracena (Huelva, Spain).
In 1996 starts a duo collaboration with harpsichordist Javier Núñez, touring all over Spain to a great public & critic acclaim. In 1999 he created the ensemble Accademia del Piacere.
Along with working on early music, he has played in the Bienal de Flamenco de Sevilla, besides performing contemporay music and jazz.
