   BLANDINE RANNOU
Blandine Rannou started with Zig-Zag Territoires, a soloist discography, noticed by the media with the "Intégrales des pièces pour clavecin seul et en concerts" de Jean-Philippe Rameau.

Her "revolutionary playing" (Philippe Ramin, Répertoire April 2001) reveals a new approach to the harpsichord and to the interpretation of Rameau's music. «...the one who link baroque music, and especially harpsichord, to rushed acid notes will be astonished when discovering her Rameau. This shining Rameau is a mastery of deepness and balance. A mosaîc of colors associated with the precision of master's paintings » (Eric Dahan, Libération June 2001).

This evolution is the outcome of a training started with 3 first prizes (harpsichord, basso continuo, chamber music) at the Paris National Superior Conservatorium where she teaches currently basso continuo, with a training at the Sweelink Conservatory in Amsterdam with Bob van Asperen, and the prize in 1992 of the International Harpsichord Competition in Bruges; she was also awarded the RTB prize and the jury's special prize.

Further to an intense chamber music and basso continuo activity with «Il seminario musicale - Direction Gérard Lesne» , «Les basses réunies - Bruno Cocset, Pascal Monteilhet, Richard Myron», she develops a solo activity (La Roque d’Anthéron, Madrid, Versailles baroque Music center, Paris Palais-Royal…)

Blandine Rannou and Zig-Zag Territoires commit themselves in an editorial work from Johann Sebastian bach (the French Suites and later the English Suites), Froberger, François Couperin…
