How to fill in the forms:
You must fill in all of the fields of the forms. If you leave one in blank, the system will advise you that the field should be completed before continuing with the purchasing process.

How to include telephone numbers:
Please use only numerical figures. The system DOES NOT accept any other type of characters such as hyphens, full stops or brackets. You can however leave blank spaces in between the numbers if you wish.

What credit cards can be used to buy products on Goldbergweb.com?
Goldbergweb.com can only accept MASTERCARD or VISA. If you try to use another type of card number, this will be rejected by the system.

How to put in the credit card details:
Goldbergweb.com Works with a secure online banking system operated by the BBVA, our bank. The system has been tested exhaustively.

This system requires you to introduce each one of the 16 digits of your credit card, one after each other, without leaving any spaces. If you introduce any other character or leave spaces, the bank will not accept the card and will not allow the transaction.

You also need to introduce the expiry date of your card.

By the moment, the text of this page is only in Spanish, but soon it will be translated into English.

How do I know if my purchase has been successful?
Once the purchasing process has finished and the bank has validated the card purchase, you will automatically receive an email from Goldbergweb.com which will tell you that your purchase was successful.

If you do not receive this email, this means that for some reason the operation failed and therefore you will not be charged for anything.
